Easy Returns — 7 Days

You have 7 days from delivery to return an item.

What We Need

• Item in original condition — unworn/unused, with tags & packaging
• Receipt or any proof of purchase

How It Works

1. Email shopify@hayastyle.com to start the return.
2. We’ll send a prepaid return label and simple packing instructions.
3. Ship it back — items returned without approval can’t be accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm by email. We initiate your refund within 2–3 working days; it then reaches your original payment method within up to 10 business days (your bank may need a little extra time). If you don’t see the credit after 15 business days, please contact us.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Email us immediately so we can make it right.

Quick Replacements

Need a different size or a flawless swap? Email shopify@hayastyle.com with your order details.

• Once approved, we’ll ship the replacement within 2–3 business days.
• Delivery takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.
• We’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow the package in real time.
