Shipping Made Simple

We hand over your Ready-to-Ship items to our courier heroes within 1–2 working days. If something sells out while still showing in stock (it’s rare, but it happens!), we’ll call or email you right away to arrange an instant refund or an alternative pick.

Your parcel travels with reputable carriers such as BlueDart, Delhivery, XpressBees, Amazon Shipping, and other leading networks we trust.

Delivery Timeframes

• Most locations: 2–7 working days from dispatch
• Remote areas: please allow an extra 2–4 working days
• We’ll send you a real-time tracking link the moment your order leaves our door.

Shipping Costs

Rates calculate automatically at checkout based on the weight and size of your goodies. When we run a free-shipping promo, it applies to deliveries within Indian pin codes only.

Address Accuracy

Double-check your shipping address before hitting “Place Order.” Parcels returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be re-shipped for an additional postage charge.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• You can cancel or tweak your order any time before it ships.
• Once it’s on the road, refunds kick in only after the item comes back to us undamaged.
• Original delivery and return shipping fees aren’t refundable in this scenario.
